How to Use

Step 1: Cleanse

Apply a small amount of Atopalm Top to Toe Wash to wet hands or a soft cloth.

Gently massage over body and scalp, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Tip: Avoid hot water to prevent extra dryness, especially for sensitive skin.

Step 2: Hydrate

Within 3 minutes after bathing, apply Atopalm MLE Lotion to slightly damp skin.

Massage gently until fully absorbed.

This helps lock in moisture and support the skin barrier.

Step 3: Protect & Nourish

Follow with Atopalm MLE Cream on drier areas such as cheeks, arms, legs, elbows, or knees.

Use as needed for extra nourishment, especially during colder or drier months.
