🇳🇿 New Zealand Only

All orders are packed and shipped from our Auckland warehouse.

North Island

We partner with Zappy using NZ Post Courier services for delivery.
Orders are dispatched same business day where possible, or by the next business day at the latest.

Delivery is typically 1–2 business days after dispatch.

South Island

Orders are sent via NZ Post Courier directly from our local NZ Post.
Dispatch is same business day where possible, or next business day.

Delivery is typically 1~ 2 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Rates (Courier Post – New Zealand)

All orders are sent via tracked courier post, offering fast delivery across New Zealand.

Urban Delivery

$7 for orders under $69
FREE for orders $69 and over

Rural Delivery

$11 for orders under $69
$5 for orders $69 and over

⚠️ Important:
If your address is rural, please make sure you select the rural shipping option at checkout.
Choosing the incorrect option may result in delivery delays or additional charges.

Delivery Timeframes

Urban: usually 1~2 business day after dispatch (North Island 1 day, South Island 1~2days)
Rural: allow 2–3 extra business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods

NZ Post delivers Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.

Excluded Areas

We currently don’t ship to:

Great Barrier Island (Aotea)
Stewart Island / Rakiura
Chatham Islands
Waiheke Island

Delivery Risk & Liability

Parcels are sent at the buyer’s risk. Please make sure there’s a safe place for NZ Post to leave your package if you’re not home.
K-Bebe Skin Store and NZ Post are not liable for parcels lost, damaged, or stolen after successful delivery to your address.
