Returns & Damaged Items Policy
1. Quality Checks & Transit Damage
All products from K-Bebe Skin Store are carefully inspected before dispatch. However, damage may occasionally occur during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kbebeskinstore.nz and include:
• Your order number
• Your full name
• Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the parcel packaging
This helps us review the issue quickly and work with the courier if required.
2. Approved Remedies
Once your damage claim has been reviewed and approved, you may choose one of the following options:
Replacement
• We will provide an NZ Post prepaid return label for the damaged product(s).
• Please pack the item securely and return it using the provided label.
Once the returned item is received, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible.
Refund
• A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 7–14 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your statement.
3. Change-of-Mind & Sale Items
Please choose carefully refunds are not available for unwanted or incorrectly selected items once shipped.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty.
- This policy cannot be combined with any other promotion, including:
- 10% off newsletter subscription coupons
- Free samples or gifts with purchase
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Any items explicitly marked “Final Sale”
